During finals and the holidays I find myself running low on energy and a bit stressed out. Spending time with family and friends 24/7 can get kind of exhausting for an introvert like me. I need at least an hour our two to myself at the end of the day to unwind. But with my busy schedule, I find myself needing it more throughout the day. Here are some ways that I find help when I am stressed or anxious that do wonders!
