The holiday's are upon us!! Well, basically according to any retail store near you ;) I'm so excited for the holidays this year! To actually have a house that we can decorate together and make it just how we want it with both mine and Austin's taste perfectly blended. Step one for us, the perfect start will be our new Sylvania Stay-Lit 110 Ct Multi-Function lights from Walmart! I want fun Christmas lights to be a part of our family holiday tradition, as it was when I grew up! Inside, outside, it's just the perfect mood setting glow. Every year we forced our dad to go out on the roof and hang our lights the day after Thanksgiving as we managed from below haha. These lights are the best because they have 8, you saw that right- EIGHT- color settings on the same string. You just push the little button and have steady warn white, flashing warm white, slow fading warm white, flashing multi, steady multi, slow fading multi, sequential warm white to multi, and slow change warm white to multi. Shopping for these at Walmart is SO easy too! They keep all their holiday decor in the same easy-to-shop area for all your needs from outdoor to indoor instead of running around all over the place to find that final piece you need. ![]() Walmart has some super cute holiday decor this year! I was so happy to find this flocked garland and these adorable woods bead strings to add an extra touch to our front porch. I got these in store, but they even have more online too! Any color or style you need, they've got you! Happy Holiday's & decorating my loves! XX Haley

On Sundays we began taking morning walks. Instead of taking all that effort to go to the gym haha! It's just a nice way to get up in the morning and find a new spot downtown to walk around, get some fresh air, and move our bodies!
Since our church isn't open yet either, I like to stream it or do my devotional before getting out of bed to set my intentions for the day. Then we take our walk and grab a late breakfast. My new favorite tradition. I'll like it even more once it's not blazing hot by 9AM!! I've decided that for the next two weeks until the wedding, if I don't go to the gym, I at least need to go take a walk. It helps clear my head more than I realize. I was taking a break from doing this but now I need to be doing it again. Keep that stress down ya know?! Hope you all have a great start to the week! I can't believe it's already almost August! Working out from home? Yeah, me too. Why is it that when it's my choice to do an at-home workout, I enjoy it more? It's always when it isn't your choice. Since it's also been rainy and running hasn't been much of an option, I've had to do my fair share of saving links to workout I already enjoy and ones that I want to try out for the next week or foreseeable future! So, I thought I'd share some of my favorite people & online instructors to follow! ![]()
Still need motivation to workout at home in something cute? Same! Nordstroms is having 25% off site wide so I picked a few cute pieces for you!
You guessed it! The pink one is my faveeee :)
To kick off the New Year, they will be offering a month long smoothie subscription in February for $49.99 to 10 smoothies! You know I will be hitting this up!!
A huge thank you to the Juice Palm team as well as our sweet yoga instructor for hosting this event! XX Haley Today I wanted to talk to you all about a very special place that is a bit new to Northwest Arkansas. Growing up, there was always talk about people having to go all the way to Little Rock for specialty, children's medical needs. As of two years ago, we proudly have Arkansas Children's Hospital Northwest located in Springdale, AR! And let me tell you, they have an amazing facility and resources with equally amazing staff that care deeply about each and every patient that comes through their doors. Arkansas Children’s is a comprehensive healthcare system designed specifically for kids. It includes two nationally ranked hospitals, a cutting-edge research facility, many outpatient clinics and education/outreach programs that reach children in every corner of the state. Truly an amazing organization that has been providing care for over 100 years! It’s not just for life-threatening injuries or illness – the new hospital in Springdale offers quick, easy access for primary care, routine diagnostics (x-ray, etc.) and common childhood surgeries (ear tubes, tonsils, etc.). I knew of many kids and teens or families with children that needed the special care of a children's hospital in NWA. Families would have to drive hours to spend time getting the care they needed and financial support to keep their children healthy. How sad!? I'm so happy to know that someday when Austin and I have kids there will be a place close to home that if the unimaginable (or even just sick) happens to a child there will be amazing care close to home. Arkansas Children's Northwest is more than just an emergency hospital and someday, I will not think twice about having regular doctors appointments there! All their focus is on children's needs vs adult which can make a major difference in the kind of care that can be offered. Also, everything is so fun and colorful, kids can't help but be excited and fell comfortable right when they come through the front doors. They even have a beautiful garden area outside to catch some fresh air and smell the flowers. Want to donate to research for Arkansas Children's foundation??

Summer Must-Haves: Poolside, beachside, or just out for the day!
This post has been sponsored by Neutrogena® and U by Kotex®. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Summer forever, am I right ladies!? Today, I wanted to hop on here and tell you about some of my favorite summer essentials that just make your life a whole lot simpler and, yes, prettier. Who else struggles with over packing things "just in case," even when you are going to the pool and especially going somewhere tropical???
Well, at Walmart, I have found a few items that can cut down your makeup and toiletry bags! Neutrogena® Sheer Smooch Tinted Lip Oil; Neutrogena® Protect + Tint Tinted Moisturizer, SPF 30; and U by Kotex Click®. Literally everything is so compact and easy to throw in your purse, beach bag, or even clutch.
1.) Neutrogena® Sheer Smooch Tinted Lip Oil: It provides the perfect, sheer tint of color and is made with Vitamin E, camellia seed oil, sunflower seed oil and jojoba oil! So great for your lips while being out in the sun and wind, and it give the perfect touch of color without being overbearing. It comes in four colors and I really want to try the nude one next.

2.) Neutrogena® Protect + Tint Tinted Moisturizer, SPF 30: This tinted moisturizer has a sheer formula with Vitamins A, C, and E. It is designed for natural looking coverage and honestly, it's perfect for being at the pool because sometimes I want to have a little bit of color/coverage for my skin but I hate using traditional sunblocks on my sensitive skin. It gives a nice glow but doesn't make my skin feel greasy or dried out! Plus, no need to double down and bring a moisturizer and your foundation on vacation, just bring this!
3.) U by Kotex® Click: These are perfect for all you active ladies out there. Get full-sized period protection in a small package (seriously, so dang small I was shocked). They are designed so that you can discreetly carry one in your purse or pocket, or even your wallet. The core is made from a 100% elemental bleach-free rayon material, too, so they are non-irritating!!! Also, they provide ultimate comfort with great protection because we all know that the day we want to wear that white bikini is the day we don't feel like we can. Well, now you can throw caution to the wind and forget about it! Wear that chic white bikini!
Thank you so much to Neutrogena® & U by Kotex® for sponsoring this post! I use the Neutrogena® Sheer Smooch Sheer Lip Oil in "I'm Blushing" and the Neutrogena® Protect + Tint Tinted Moisturizer in Fair to Light. Be sure to look for more colors in store and check them out at Walmart.com!

Sometimes on a Friday night or weekend afternoon I'm SO down for a little competition and chill time in. In college, my group of friends and I would decompress by grabbing some pigs in a blanket, some cookies, and have a game night till all hours of the morning. Needless to say, I (also, very much so Austin) was so excited to get to try the new Xbox family member, the All Digital Edition of the Xbox One S console out! It's so my aesthetic in that pretty matte white it fit right in my decor haha! It's disc-free people!! We all know we don't have the time of day or patience to run to the store to go buy the actual games. Now you can download and build your library in the cloud that travels with you that you will never lose, scratch, or struggle to find a new game to play. We are currently on our way to Florida and brought it so that we could hook it up to the TV at night and stream our latest shows or have a little family competition. The All Digital Edition of the Xbox One S console store has 2,200 games including more than 200 exclusives, so pick your style and download! PLUS!! 4K streaming so you can Netflix (or Hulu or Amazon) and Chill to your hearts desire ;) That is honestly what I'm probably most excited about because if I want to watch anything other than Netflix on my (kinda smart) tv, I have to plug my laptop in. *rolls eyes thinking about getting off the couch to stream Amazon Prime.* You can purchase it at Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, and Microsoft Stores! At only $249.99, the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition is the most affordable way to start playing Xbox One games plus all your 4K streaming. So what are you waiting for people, get playing!! XX Sponsored by Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Always down for a little staycation with my man! We were so exited to be working with Crystal Bridges a few weeks ago to kickoff their summer series Color Field in the North Forest, Nature's Nation in the indoor, travel exhibit area, and their Forest Concert Series. The Color Field will be open through September 30th, 2019 and Nature's Nation will be open through September 9th, so hit them at the same time so you don't miss a thing! The Forest concert series will be over on July 27th, somehow that is already creeping up. The first night we enjoyed happy hour with the artists and listened to the artist panel for the Color Field. Our favorite pieces in this exhibit are the bright metal sculptures by Typoe, so fun and they just bring out the kid in you! It's crazy how much color can psychologically effect you and your mood. Claire Helen Ashley’s large, inflatable sculptures are touchable!!! They are all representation's of the women's body and how they can be beautiful no matter how different they are. Feminism in all the right ways :)))) The indoor exhibit, Nature's Nation, features art from Frank Lloyd Wright, Valerie Hegarty ("burned" painting on the right), and James Audubon (bird drawing in the middle - probably one of my favorites). Many of the works encourage you to think about how the human race effects nature and to embrace the beauty outside around you. Their promotion of creating a healthy lifestyle that embraces nature is brought to life with so many beautiful pieces! Overall, Crystal Bridge's mission is “to welcome ALL in a setting that unites art and nature.” Doesn't matter if you are an outdoor or indoor person because they have a spot for all! The Museum offers a wide range of temporary exhibitions each year, and the artwork in our permanent collection galleries changes often. Some of their signature American works include Norman Rockwell’s Rosie the Riveter, Kerry James Marshall’s Our Town, and Jimson Weed by Georgia O’Keeffe. Don't miss lunch or coffee at the Eleven Cafe at the heart of the museum (literally under the hanging gold heart sculpture). Austin and I love to come walk around the grounds, hit up any new exhibit, visit my FAVORITE Along the Shore by William Trost Richards and sip on a latte. It's my favorite weekend or weeknight activity :)
To end the day at the Summer Series, be sure to drop by the Forrest Concert series!! A great place to bring your kids or enjoy a date night under the trees and enjoy a glass of wine, or a popsicle if that's more your style. Crystal Bridges holds such a special place in my heart here in Bentonville and if you haven't been I highly encourage you to visit, whether you are out of town or live in NWA, trust me you will be super impressed! A huge & special thank you to Soapbox Influence, Visit Bentonville, Crystal Bridges Museum, Tavola Trattoria for sponsoring us for an amazing weekend!! We love you!! XX Haley
