On Sundays we began taking morning walks. Instead of taking all that effort to go to the gym haha! It's just a nice way to get up in the morning and find a new spot downtown to walk around, get some fresh air, and move our bodies!
Since our church isn't open yet either, I like to stream it or do my devotional before getting out of bed to set my intentions for the day. Then we take our walk and grab a late breakfast. My new favorite tradition. I'll like it even more once it's not blazing hot by 9AM!!
I've decided that for the next two weeks until the wedding, if I don't go to the gym, I at least need to go take a walk. It helps clear my head more than I realize. I was taking a break from doing this but now I need to be doing it again. Keep that stress down ya know?!

Working out from home? Yeah, me too. Why is it that when it's my choice to do an at-home workout, I enjoy it more? It's always when it isn't your choice. Since it's also been rainy and running hasn't been much of an option, I've had to do my fair share of saving links to workout I already enjoy and ones that I want to try out for the next week or foreseeable future!
