As finals are approaching I'm looking back at a few weekends ago and wishing I was still in Chicago with Austin, walking through the city's first snow and being a little too touristy. It was short but so fun! We started out the evening for what we came for, a James Bay concert. Might I just say he is an amazing artist and that marks the best concert I have ever been too and probably ever will. The Riviera Theatre is just beautiful and was perfect for him.
Saturday we went to the Art Institute Museum and got lost a few times. With Cèzanne, Degas, Monet, van Gogh and so much more I was slightly in wonderland and overwhelmed by the sheer amount of works they had. To end out night we strolled down Michigan Ave and of course shopped a little, and by a little I mean I could't pass up Tiffany's :) We had great timing because it happened to be the night of the Christmas lighting and parade with fireworks at the end. With snow to top it off what a wonderful weekend we had! XO
