Just because I can't go to church on Sunday for Easter, doesn't mean I won't be dress up! The perfect excuse to get dolled up, because I'm sure just like you all... I need it. It's been over 3 weeks for me and I'm not complaining about not having to wear jeans and pants everyday, but it does feel good to just get a little dressed up and leave the house. I actually put a dress on the other day to go to Walmart.... the drive through pharmacy lol!
I'm so in love with this ruffled chambray dress from Lulu's! The perfect fit and style for Easter and goes great into summer. I even think it would be cute with some little sneakers or white booties.
Right now, okay and always, Lulu's has a TON of cute spring clothing. I could buy 100 dresses from there and still have some I want left on my list. I love that for an online boutique, they offer size XS in clothing. Many boutique type clothing stores don't offer sizes other than S-L. Which means I can't shop there!!! Bless you stores that understand there's more than 3 sizes of people in this world.
Thank you Lulu's for Sponsoring this post!
Happy Easter everyone, no matter how you are celebrating!
I'm taking major advantage of evenings and weekends leaving the house to dress in something other than sweats. Even if it's just to go to Austin's or to Walmart, or take a nice walk. But let's face it, dressing up for a picture is just about it right now. I'll take it, because it's still fun!
As for work meetings, I'm trying to keep it business as usual when I need to use my zoom camera haha. As in, wear a nice top or earrings, a touch of makeup and that's about it. Being at home so much I'm realizing how I have SO MUCH clothes I really don't wear. But then, will I wear it when life is back to normal??? The question of the year right ladies?
I can't wait to go out and wear this blazer dress, or any dress honestly. Blazers are all the rage, and have been for quite a while now. I love how you can dress them up and make them super modern and chic or dress it down with denim or even a fun mini skirt or shorts. Even with this white one from Zara, I could wear with a lace cami and a pair of denim shorts. SO cute!!
Stay home & safe my friends,
The few warm days here and there in-between majorly cold days are giving me life!! It'll be like 30 degrees and snowing and then by the weekend 50 and it's got me all sorts of confused and ready for spring. Even the birds lately have been chirping extra in the mornings. I ran out this morning to do a little shopping and get some more sweaters (by Feb I'm always sick of my winter clothes) and only wanted to look at all the new spring dresses. I settled for a silk midi skirt and a sweater with a sheer puff sleeve for an event this weekend and can't wait to wear it and show you all!
If I could live the rest of my life in one brand though, it might just be Spell & the Gypsy. Like seriously. Straight out of Australia, the brand is everything I could ask for. Light, flowy pieces that are feminine and a bit boho. GOALS! I'm so ready to break this jumpsuit back out as soon as I can. It's going to be so cute with a denim jacket, with sneakers, sandals, or a platform. You can now shop their collection online at Largo Drive (another one of my favorite boutiques)! Get some Spring inspiration and get shopping loves!!
Thank youLargo Drive for this amazing jumpsuit!!
Happy Galentine's Day!!
One of my local blogger friends hosted THE cutest Galentine's Brunch two weeks ago and I'm still not over all the sweet details. I made a promise to myself to get more involved with local influencers and get to know more like-minded girls around me and I'm so glad I am! We could have all sat there and talked about blogging for way too long but enjoyed every second haha.
Now that the temperature has officially dropped here in Arkansas, I will take everything I can to keep myself warm! I spent the last weekend out in these Lugz boots and did NOT take them off. It was in the 30's all weekend and nasty, drizzly out, and then snowy on Monday. I also, got so many compliments on them; not your average bootie! Maybe I should get all my girls a pair for Christmas with all of the different styles they offer...?!?
The soft pink, water-resistant faux leather color is so me and the faux fur collar at the top is soooo soft, the perfect winter touch. I'm usually a size 7 (they fit perfect) and sometimes can wear a 6 1/2 in shoes. For these I would recommend going up a half size if you are wanting to wear thicker socks for winter.
I love how comfy they are with their Flexastride Memory Foam insole and won't have to worry about falling on my slippery sidewalk outside my apartment with the slip-resistant rubber sole lol. I've been wanting a warm, hiking style bootie like this and I'm just obsessed!
The Empire Hi Fur Bootie has a lot of great features with a surprising price of just $69.99!!
Keep your shoe collection right on trend with the Empire Hi Fur bootie from Lugz. This lace-up features a water-resistant finish and a slip-resistant rubber sole that you can pair with anything from jeans to sweater dresses! You can shop the entire collection at your (select) local DSW store or online!
A big thank you to Lugz for sponsoring this post & supporting Haley's Dailies!
Stay warm friends! XX Haley
I've found the one whom my sole loves.
Wow, okay, that was dramatic (but also true). But really ladies!!! These white leather sneakers from Cariuma are the bombbb!! The perfect piece to add to your fall transition wardrobe. Honestly I'd even wear these with shorts or a little tee shirt dress. I love a good white sneaker and this is actually my first high top pair. Will I convert?? Maybe!
They seriously are so incredibly comfy, and as a high top, they don't rub my ankles (which for me is a major must). I have the OCA High Off White Premium Leather but they come come in so many different styles and colors such as canvas, suede, and they have men's styles too. All of their sneakers are handcrafted with premium materials and made responsibly. Not only are their shoes sourced ethically, but their packaging and shipping has the planet in mind- recycled materials and carbon neutral. LOVE THAT!
Cariuma, all the way from Rio, Brazil, you make a mean sneaker and I'm a fan :))))
