I love a pretty, warm lip. I always want to jump to fall lip colors sooner than I probably should so I went out and found the perfect transition colors!
I was never the best at contour with a powder and it just seemed to disappear as the day went on! There's a new favorite in my town now ;) KKW Contour is actually amazing! I have the light kit and it's perfect. Not just because it's Kim Kardashians, but because it actually works and doesn't irritate my dang skin.
It's super creamy and buildable and the application is so smooth and easy! No more awkward (almost) lines because it blends so well. The non-shimmer side of the highlight is also good as a concealer for tricky spots you want to cover up. When I want to have a natural and simple look, I use it as an all-over application. I even use the contour lightly as an eye shadow for a warm addition.
The next product of hers I want to try is the Argenis Creme Colorstick in metallic copper and the KKW X Mario Creme lipstick, I love a good creamy lip!
It's officially humid season here in Arkansas and I was in need of a foundation change to combat oily skin. Cover FX Powerplay is a total hit! I can go to work all day without feeling like I need touch up my makeup or being self conscious that my face may look oily!! I really feel like using the setting powder makes it go a long way too so don't forget to always apply after your foundation is set. I also love that it's not in a glass bottle, because that is just too risky for me haha :) You can find all of their products at Sephora and I really want to try... everything!!

I'm all about the benefits of purifying my skin! Namaste Skin is packed with rich herbal, botanical and fruit extracts to give your skin a fresh glow and detoxed feel. Once it heats up in Arkansas and gets humid I have to give my skin even more attention to keep it looking nice.
What I love about the Namaste Skin Turmeric Daily Herbal Facial Cleanser is that is takes all my makeup off and leaves my skin feeling so clean but it's so light. It is also perfect for sensitive, acne prone skin, providing essential nutrients with 12 superfruit extracts for radiant skin.
The Super-Fruit Peptide Lift Eye Cream goes a looonnng way! I do suggest if you have sensitive eyes to just leave it on for a little bit instead of over night to start out. It truly does fill in those fine lines that nobody wants!
Now you know I love a good face mask, especially charcoal! Their Purifying Charcoal Facial Masque is so creamy so it doesn't make my skin feel tight after use. Even after just two uses I could see a difference in pore size on my nose yet I wasn't dried out. I like to leave it on for about 15 min while I stretch, watch a little Netflix, or do some calming yoga before crawling in bed. The best way to settle down for the night :)

I'm so excited to be apart of Almay's Class of 2018!! Their new holographic line is so fun and perfect for summer!! I have been wearing Almay since day one of wearing makeup because of my crazy sensitive skin and will be till death do us part.
I absolutely love the new pen eyeliner because it makes application super easy and comes off easily when you wash your face- but doesn't smudge during the day! Win win! The goddess glow lipgloss is also amazing and doesn't leave a sticky residue after you eat or drink your morning coffee. I love the light pink gloss in "Fairy" because it adds just a little color but isn't too sparkly. The clear "Halo" is perfect when you just want to spruce up a little before the gym or running out of the house real quick.
My favorite part about the whole collection is that it adds a good amount of shimmer without looking cheap or you know... not classy ;) Add a little extra and it's even better when amping up your night out look!
All of theCosmic Collection can be found at Ulta and right now they are BOGO 50% off, so don't miss out ladies!! Go be your own kind of pretty!
I went back and forth for about a month on whether or not I wanted bangs. Not the straight across ones, but the chic fringe inspired by Elsa Hosk, Jaci Marie Smith, and Zoe Lazerson. When I went in for my cut, I shocked my stylist and just straight up said I'm changing it up for once, lets do the bangs! Here I am... love them! I'm a big fan of finding the best ways to frame your face, and that includes wearing my hair up but I was tired of it always looking the same. Now though, half-up and ponytails are going to be so fun and I love them with my glasses!! If you're thinking about bangs, just do it! As my hair stylist said "hair is supposed to be fun, that's why it grows back!"
Happy weekend loves!
