I've never gotten more compliments on a perfume than my new Oscar De La Renta Bella Blanca perfume! It has sweet notes of flowers as well as citrus and it's the perfect combination for moving into spring. I love when I come home in the evening and Maui smells like it because I usually spray it and he's near or I pick him up and it gets on him; my favorite haha!

We all wear perfume or scented lotion for obvious reasons, but have you ever thought of the benefits of it and how to truly take care of it?! Let's talk about why it's beneficial and when you should switch it up.
1.) Boosts your mood: Just like wearing a pretty dress you love, smelling pretty can boost your confidence and your mood. When you enhance your mood, you can help relieve stress and anxiety! 2.) Reflects your mood/personality: Feeling happy and playful or romantic and sweet? Bring out how you are feeling with your perfume and everyone around you will sense that energy (literally). 3.) TIP: Store your perfume in the fridge!!! According to perfume experts, storing your perfume on the bottom shelf of the fridge makes them last longer. The "top notes" (the smells you immediately recognize and are most significant) can go bad within just a few short months or lose scent. 4.) Special Occasions: Especially your wedding day! Wearing a new and special perfume on your wedding day and then using it for special date nights or events will always make you remember that day in an extra way. It will essentially create a "smell memory" in your brain that can last a lifetime! And who doesn't want that for their wedding day!? When picking one out, stick to something with one of your favorite notes, but something more romantic or exciting. One of my favorite ways to keep my perfume fresh during the day is by using the bottle in the morning and then having a rollerball in my purse handy! Smell pretty my friends! XO Haley
