Sometimes I get in a rut of my fitness schedule. I get tired of my same old gym, and I of course get tired of my workout clothes. Now that the weather is cooling off in the evenings I am trying to make an effort to spend some time being active outside and soaking up some fresh air! Last week I made a promise to myself I'd switch it up starting with a run downtown and around the square and I was so happy I did. It just changes up your perspective a little bit and is so much more entertaining to have a little bit of change on your run.
This morning, I went to my favorite yoga class to start my weekend. I lovvveee this lady's class. There is always only like 7 of us since it's at 9:30 on a Saturday. She's Russian and so hardcore but I LOVE it!! She always starts out asking who wants to push themselves and play or be more relaxed but she always ends up doing a super fun and difficult class- not that I'm that good or anything. But that's what I love about yoga, you can kinda make it how your body needs it! Such a great way to stretch & breath out a work week of stress and just connect with your body.
I'm loving this nude top (ON SALE!) from Athleta right now and basically anything neutral in my closet for Fall. I'm also obsessed, of course, with these olive green leggings from LuluLemon! The align pant is always my go-to because they just suck you in and are so stretchy and comfy to wear around the house and to the gym.
Tomorrow bright and early I am off to NYC for work and I cannot wait to soak up all the energy of the city, catch up with one of my best friends from college, and see Wicked!! Happy Saturday friends, XX Haley ![]()
