When someone asks me where my favorite place to buy comfortable bras is, I always have a round about answer of "well I like this fit here and this fit here... but I also like these!" Honestly, it's because what I wear under my clothes is so different depending on my mood and the occasions. I like to have options, ya know? :)

I can't get enough of the leaves and I can't get enough of this dress!! Shoutout to Austin, he picked this out for me for our 6 year anniversary (OMG SIX) and I'm obsessed with it because a.) it's Free People and b.) it's floral AND polka dot!! Ugh, he just gets me :)
Today I wanted to hop on here and talk about finding balance in your life. It's so, so important to make this a priority in your life. Even small steps toward balance can bring you happiness and content. The other day I heard a quote that really hit home with me: "Balance is not something you find, it's something you create." Here are a few tips on how to create more balance in your daily life: 1.) Health: Not just physical health, but mind and spirit too! Give yourself a break when you feel like life has been getting crazy, even if you have to just give yourself some alone time from the world. This helps me refresh more than anything! I don't always eat super healthy, but I don't always eat take out. If I felt bad about what I ate earlier in the day, I try to make sure I find time to hit the gym. If I eat super healthy the next day, I sometimes give myself a break. My favorite way to balance healthy eating is by eating a healthy breakfast and lunch and then enjoying myself at dinner after a long day (but not going too crazy haha). 2.) Work: Having a good work life balance is super challenging when you don't draw a line. I'm that girl that would rather be early or on time to work than roll in late and have to stay at the office late finishing things up. I take time management seriously so that when I'm out of the office I can do whatever the heck I want and not have to worry about what I needed to finish! 3.) Setting Goals: At the beginning of each week, I sit down and write down my goals for the week in my agenda planner. Gym goals, blog goals, even me time goals. Being able to check off a list helps me to accomplish things and keeps me reminded of why I wanted to do a certain thing in the first place. Setting realistic goals is also incredibly important; sometimes you just need to start with your priorities. Creating balance is hard, but with baby steps, your growth as an individual leads to security in your mental peace and well being. Try and start tomorrow with one part of your balance, and see how it slowly brings peace into every aspect of your life! You've got this girl! XX Haley Two words: Platform oxfords. How fun are these!? Madden Girl partnered with the up and coming artist Ezi to encourage individuality and fun when wearing your own style. She recently released a few new songs, one including DaNcing in a Ro0m, that I can't stop listening to! It's such a bop and her voice is seriously amazing! She is the premiere artist on Steve Madden’s record label 5 Towns Records, and has made a name for herself in the music industry. Go check her out right now! Or right after your read this whole post and watch my video at the end ;) She's on tour right now and it ends in January so don't miss out because Ezi is gonna be huge! ![]() I'm always looking for fun but comfortable shoes that I can wear anywhere from work, to date night, or a fun night out and Steve Madden is always my go to! The Madden Girl X Ezi collection is the perfect fit. I think I also need the snake skin booties and pink sneaker for my closet this fall and winter. Honestly I could wear these comfy shoes year round! They can be styled SO many different ways. These platform oxfords, for example, I will be wearing with jeans, business pants, skirts, and dresses. Also, who doesn't want to be a few inches taller on a daily basis!? What I love about this line is that anyone can easily express their own style and individuality through just the shoes. Madden Girl is the sister brand of Steve Madden with a little bit of edge and youthful spirit, just like Ezi. She's not here to conform to a specific look or lifestyle, but inspiring girls to make a life for themselves that is fun and beautiful in their own way. Something I always try to embrace in my own life within myself and my brand. Go check them out here and go check out Ezi's newest releases! This post is sponsored by Steve Madden and Her Campus Media. All opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Haley's Dailies possible! XX Haley
Mustard is EVERYWHERE this fall and I. Am. Here. For. It!! I even saw a furry mustard coat at Marshall's the other day and was sooooo close to getting it. Not only is it a nice warm color, but it pairs so well with almost any other warm color, even blues and greens. It also looks good with all skin tones, hair colors, and brings out the yellow in my eyes :)
I can't believe Thanksgiving is so soon. Everyone said that once you start working full time, time flies by so fast. I never wanted to believe them, but here we are I feel like I barely blinked and 2018 is already wrapping up!! It makes me stop and think to appreciate each and every moment.
I was listening to a podcast the other day and I thought I'd share one of the quotes she shared: "Worrying doesn't take away tomorrows trouble, it takes away todays peace." Worrying about something that is coming up tomorrow, later this week, or even this month is not worth the stress and time you put into it. When I notice myself worrying about something out of my control, I have to remind myself to take a deep breath and save the worry for the moment, even thought it will probably end up working out how it is supposed to anyways. I always find myself worrying about something useless that works itself out in the end or ends up better than I would have ever even expected! ![]()
